Mr. Roche began his legal career with the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office and was assigned to the District Court Bureau. He has prosecuted an array of misdemeanor offenses ranging from driving while intoxicated (DWI) to larcenies and drug offenses. A zealous advocate, Mr. Roche will not give up on any case.
