$7.75 million- Civil Rights and wrongful death action brought by the family of deceased

$4.7 million- Repeated verbal and physical assaults on Yemeni-American employee, while supervisor failed to protect employee and discipline the assailant

$1.277 million- Race based attack and serious injury by violent acts against Plaintiffs, who were lured to an isolated warehouse

$2.8 million- Wrongful death, products liability case involving a tow motor accident at a sewage treatment plant

Frederick K. Brewington Responds to Leading Presidential Candidates’ Attitudes towards Muslims

On September 23, Frederick K. Brewington, along with other Long Island Muslim leaders, held a press conference in response to Donald Trump and Dr. Ben Carson’s attitudes towards Muslims. During the press conference, Mr. Brewington openly supported the acceptance of Muslim Americans, and expressed his disappointment with those who would remain silent as Mr. Trump did after being questioned.

Frederick Brewington, Esq., a civil rights attorney, was recently interviewed for a Newsday feature that chronicled famous boxer Muhammad Ali’s impact as an intelligent and outspoken cultural icon during the Civil Rights era. Fred Brewington was interviewed by Newsday.com about the legacy of President John F. Kennedy and how his message of hope still resonates to this day. Mr. Brewington recalls the moment he learned President Kennedy was assassinated, and also commented on the theories surrounding the president’s death. He also talks about how President’s Kennedy’s words to the nation are as relevant today as when he said them more than 50 years ago.
