This matter relates to a young man, Plaintiff Victor Norwood, who was brutally assaulted by an AMC movie theater employee outside of the theater. Although properly served with the Summons and Complaint in this action, Defendant Eric C. Adams alleged that he was never served. Motions were presented to the Court and the Honorable Judge Mahon ordered a traverse hearing. A hearing was held before Judge Mahon on September 26, 2013. At that time, Judge Mahon reserved decision. By decision and order dated, September 27, 2013,  the Court ruled in favor of Plaintiff and held that Mr. Adams was properly served with the Summons and Complaint. Johanna David, an associate with the firm, handled the motion and hearing held before the Court.
