Campbell v. Gregorios & Capricorn Limousine

Plaintiff, David Campbell, was injured in an automobile accident on May 19, 2011, where Mr. Campbell, a pedestrian crossing in the crosswalk of Barclay Street at the corner of Church Street with a green light, was struck by an SUV making a left turn onto Barclay Street, which was negligently operated by defendant Georgios and owned by defendant Capricorn Limousine. Mr. Campbell, at the time of the accident, was 34 years of age and, as a result of the accident, suffered severe and permanent injuries including a tibial plateau fracture which has required five surgical procedures to date. Case settled during a mediation session for $1,425,000. Frederick K. Brewington and Ira Fogelgaren, attorneys with the firm, negotiated the settlement.
