On FEBRUARY 19, 2019 at 10:30 A.M. at the Law Offices of Frederick K. Brewington, located at 556 Peninsula Blvd., Hempstead, New York, 11550, Jacquline Urli, along with Daniel Faust and Douglas Hernandez, will address the sexual harassment, boorish actions and clear abuses, including retaliatory termination by Hempstead Sanitary District No. 7 and its Commissioners.
Ms. Urli, will discuss her filing of a Notice of Claim and Complaint with the New Your State Division of Human Rights. Mr. Faust and Mr. Hernandez, who supported Ms. Urli, and protested the obscene and sexual behavior of members of the Board of Commissioners, will announce their filing of Notices of Claims and plans to file Complaints with the State Division of Human Rights.
After challenging the actions of the Board, these persons have been subjected to adverse actions and have been excluded, attacked and defamed in an attempt to coverup the discrimination, harassment and retaliation which has been leveled against them.
