NASSAU MAN WHO WAS VICTIMIZED BY POLICE COMMISSIONER, CHIEF OF DETECTIVES AND OTHERS SERVES NOTICE OF CLAIM AND FIGHTS BACK TO REGAIN HIS CIVIL RIGHTS

VICTIM CALLS FOR JUSTICE AND OFFICIAL PROBE

On January 6, 2014 at 10:30 a.m., Mr. Randy A. Hoskins, aka Randy A. White, will conduct a Press Conference in the offices of his attorneys, The Law Offices of Frederick K. Brewington, located at 556 Peninsula Boulevard, Hempstead, to announce his service of notice on the County of Nassau, Nassau County Police and others that he intends to sue for the multiple levels of abuse and violations of his Civil Rights when he was arrested on October 5, 2013. The Notice of Claim provides an overview of the wrongs which Mr. Hoskins (White) was forced to suffer, and is the first step in Mr. Hoskins’ (White’s) long road to seek justice and clear answers for the level of corruption and official misconduct, which is yet to be fully discovered. Mr. Hoskins and supporters are calling for a full and independent investigation of the actions of all the elected and politically appointed officials that have yet to face any formal charges.
