A Jericho man is hitting Nassau County police with a federal suit.
Roy Tuccillo claims he was wrongfully arrested because of a relationship between Nassau County police and another driver.
Tuccillo claims he was the victim of a road rage attack by Glen Cove autoshop owner Richard Tobin in 2011. Tuccillo says he was arrested and prosecuted because of Tobin's personal relationship with Nassau's chief of detectives.
Charges against Tuccillo were later dropped, but he is now filing a civil rights complaint against Nassau County police, the District Attorney and others.
